What was suppose to be an easy recovery run after yesterday turned out to be rather unpleasant. At first the groin ached. After I got up to speed I started to cough then had to walk it off . Getting back on pace the new shoes were really pushing back and I was feeling it in my left knee...potential problem for sure. 3K in it was a GI issue ... pressure from the abundance of fiber yesterday. Called it a day a 4.7K . Tempo run tomorrow.
My vegetarian diet leads to lots of GI pressures. I always eat too much fibre. My standard warmup outside takes me by the house so I can make a pit stop ... I usually need to!
