Grant joined me today and we did a 17.9K Run at an avg 7:10 pace. We headed North on the 2nd to the Holland/Glenelg towline then East to the Baseline heading South towards the McCormick rd where were headed West back to the 2nd then home. Time flew by , we no sooner started then we were finished. Off to Blue in an hour or so.
