Yesterday was one of those days at work, didn't run! Today on break 1 I walked 5K @ 12:00 pace, it just felt nice. Been on a 21 day stretch with 1 day off...time for a break.
Surprising weigh in , 178 lbs. Probably a wee bit of muscle loss with a wee bit of fat gain LOL. Will get back on track soon aiming for 100 Kish Nov/Dec then a slow build in the spring,
