Yesterday , Saturday I logged 10.4 very warm Ks on the backyard trail. Enjoyed some hammock time afterwards good music and beer. Haven't had more then a couple in awhile and now it's 2:30 am and I once again have proven to myself that alcohol is really a depressant.
