5K done at a mostly
5:24 pace today on my lunch break. Running in the Hokas has made the Treadmill more or less a pin free almost enjoyable experience! Usually this time of year my knees , ankles , feet and hips have a tendency to hurt a wee bit! Running with Hokas has eliminated 90% of what usually hurts. So that being said I am going to ever so slowly work up to a 5min pace....speed work I woulds say!
