Bailed on the Bad Thing 50 km on Saturday. I was super tired and just not up to it. I prepared Friday night went to bed before 8 with the alarm set for 3 but when it went off I decided I wasn't up to it. I am little disappointed but there will be other races.
Working eves this week , hit the Gym for a 5 km treadmill run my first in 4 days. Afterwards I did an upper body weight routine.
It happens, it's been one of those years. I'm doing the Beav 50K and wondering if I'll make it!! you'll get the next one.
