Survived yesterdays treadmill run so after work I hit the backyard trail for 3 loops logging 3.2 km. It was 100% A OK so I am thrilled...now I can start building a bit of volume again. Still running in my modified shoe and may be for some time. I still cant put much in the way of pressure on the toe but its coming along maybe , just maybe by next week I might be able to get into a normal shoe.
