Hard to believe but its true Friday was my first November run! I was away with work again and really had no time to run. I had brought my running gear and fully anticipated getting out!
Started my November with 5 laps on the backyard trail, 4.8 km. Walked the first and last lap if no reason other then to ease back in and its nice to walk.
