Night Trail Again

Headed put after 5 this eve.  Another 90 minutes of running in a bobble of light.  Logged 11.3 snowy Ks at an avg 8:00 pace.   I wore my Mizuno Breathe Thermal base with the Mid Weight Mizuno over top and was surprisingly comfortable.   I thought for sure I was a bit over dressed bu it wasn't so.  The two layers made the forearms much more comfortable.   I also had the headlamp on Beam mode focused a meter or two out. It seemed to work allot better ,  didn't stumble or trip on anything.  The run this eve was just plain comfortable ,  the left Ankle was quiet.  Really felt natural being out in the dark and cold.
