Really appreciated the assistance today out on the trail. What a day for a run on a great trail.
Keep up the good work with the videos. They are entertaining and personally they provided great insight into races and as a runner from the eastern part of the country it helps to see what the Ontario trail scene is like. I have nothing but compliments on the organizers, trails, and the fellow trail runners.
