Only one event the Endur Ultimate....7 races in 8 days logging the majority of my monthly Ks!

Trail - 5 X 84 km
Tread - 6 X 54 km
Road - 5 X 104.4 km
Rest Days - 14 YIKEs ... a new record. Last time I had that many was when I was sick with Bronchitis!
There are 4 long ones this fall so I a just starting to gear up for it now.
