Christmas Day

 Did my last run of 2025 on the treadmill at work Christmas day logging 5K @ 7:00 pace.

 5K @ 7:00 pace both days . 

A weee bit faster

 5K @ 7:00 pace today  on my meal break. 

Again!

 5K the same way as yesterday. 

Lunch Run

 5K @ 7:30 pace today on my lunch break.

Lunch Walk

 Intended to run ,  left it too long in the day.  Opted for a 5K relaxing walk! 

After 2 weeks

 First run of the month done today logging 7K on my meal break.  It was 5K @7:30 pace followed by a 2K walk @ 12:00 pace.   Was away on a ski trip,  a day home then away with work.   It was good to run today!
