Saturday Trail

10.6K logged on the backyard trail on a warm afternoon.  Had a few beers in the hammock streaming my favourite classic rock station and for a few minutes I almost felt normal.

Thursday Friday

Did a little 10Ker on the backyard trail late this afternoon.   Yesterday was a stress day...I got to sit in a really nice blue room with padded walls and talk to a nice lady for a couple of hours.  They sent me home with some pills and I am ok now!
