And Friday makes 5

 5 X 5 km on my meal breaks this evening hope to be 8 for 8 on my upcoming night shift next week. 

Wed Thurs

 Another 5 km run on my meal break the past 2 nights.  Great summer like weather more like early June then early April. 

Some pop in the legs!

Got off to a sluggish start hitting the pavement at APK last week but this week the pace has picked up and it just feels more natural.    Logged a 5 km run on my meal break this evening it was darn near perfect running temps just before sunset ... 13C.  

Monday in Allan Park

I am working eves this week and did a 5 km road run around APK on my meal break this evening. 

Weekend

 Saturday it was 6 laps / 5.6 km on the back yard trail ...with dax.  I was going to head out again Sunday afternoon but the wood guy came and I  stacked 5 face instead of a run.   

Good Friday

 Dax and I did a get er done 4.8 km on the backyard trail late in the afternoon after skiing. 

Lunch Run

 Cold -4C + stiff wind today still logged a 5 km at lunch on the pavement.   Hips were a little looser.  Think I will try a few road runs over the weekend,  ski day tomorrow.
