Mid 1 - Tuesday Treadmill

 3 km walk on the treadmill logged ... night 1 UGH!   Hoping to log a bit of trail time after sleeping today. 

Monday Trail

 Another 6 laps on the backyard trail on Monday .... it was  a pleasant 12C with Sun.   

Warmer today!

 12C ,  shorts and a tech t today logging 5.9 km on the backyard trail.  

First fall run.

 The warm weather has given way to more fall like conditions.   6C/Rain/Breezy it was a shell, ball cap, long sleeve tech t, shorts and high socks.   Made for a comfortable 5.9 km on the backyard trail.

 5k around APK on yet another beautiful evening 

I needed that!

   5 km outside looping APK on my meal brake this evening.  Haven't run in 4 days so it felt great afterwards ,  a little awkward for the first 10 minutes.  Daily running sure does keep you fluid! 

Started this month how I ended the last!
