 3K walk on a late lunch today ... feeling a little under the weather.

Emilie's 7k Run/ Walk to Fight Cancer - Fundraising for Canadian Cancer Society

Only one run through the week, Thursday November 2nd running  a 7.2 km  retracing Emilie's last run a year to the date.   She lost her life over the summer to cancer leaving behind two children and a husband.
