 5K @12:00 pace this morning on my meal break.

 12K logged ,  10.5 at a mostly 6:00 pace followed by a 1.5K walk 12:00 pace.

 5K @ 5am on Mid 5...I like a theme!

 No run when I got up today...lousy sleep and weather.  Hit the Gym early this morning and logged the usual 5K @ 6:00 pace.

 Waited too long to hit the gym instead of a run I did a 3K walk at 4am!   

Wednesday Afternoon Trail

 Woke up with a fuzzy head.  Grabbed a bite then headed out with Dax for a 4.8 K trail run.
