Looping

 Busy weekend,  not allot of time but I did manage 5 laps, 4.9 km on the backyard trail on Saturday.   

Trail Today

 I am off for the weekend after working the last one.   Dax and I logged 5 laps / 4.8 km on the backyard trail.

Lunch Run

 Logged 5 km @ 7:00 pace today ... slow yes ,  knee OK so far.  

Lunch Walk

 Water is shut down in the gym ... there was a leak.   Did a 3 km walk on the treadmill just so I didn't sweat!    

Two Run Monday

 As soon as I arrived home I suited up and grab Dax then headed to the backyard trail logging a 4.9 km run.

 Same weather , same run .  5K looping APK on my meal break today.
