On the road again!

A little out and back on the 2nd yesterday.   Running will take a back seat for the next 12 day heading to a European Ski trip,  Switzerland and Italy.  There will be some running from time to time...love to run as a tourist! 

Winter Run

 7.2 km logged today an out and back on the 2nd.  Was only planning a little 5ker but I decided to add a couple of more hills.   

Lunch Walk

 3km walk today on my meal break.   Had dental surgery yesterday so I didnt run today ... too much jarring. 

Lunch Run

 5k the usual way on my meal break today.  Sunday was a planned rest day ,  Monday and Tuesday I was on a First Aid Course so no running!  3 days of rest did me well ,  enjoyed todays run.  Skiing tonight!

Saturday Trail

 4.8 km looping the backyard trail with Dax today.   

End of the work week!

 5K 6:53 pace ,  getting faster!    Want to get back to a 6:00 pace.

 5K @ 7:00 pace again today on my meal break.
