End of the work week...ready to go long!

 3K walk again today on my meal break...50K tomorrow!

Walking Wednesday

 3K walk again today on my meal break.   With  the 50K N89 on Saturday doing less is best!   

Tuesday

 Busy morning made for a late late lunch squeaked a 3K walk in before the end of the work day. 

Monday, back to the office.

 5K @ 7:00 pace on the treadmill at work today. 

Weekend Running

 Wanted to do another BV loop but the weather was horrible Friday ,  3C Rain and Wind!  Opted for an old 11km local trail loop that I use to run all the time.   There was lots of bushwhacking around groen over trails + massive puddles after days of rain.  Did a little exploring along the way...

Didn't have the Garmin on for the first K...though I did! 

Lots of elevation over such a short run.

On Saturday eve the weather improved  it finally stoped raining with a few sunny breaks.   Did a faster constant run around my old Mc Cormick loop... all road and tractor trail.
