Sunday Monday

Sunday - 5.6 km on the backyard trail ...it was cold ,  it was windy there was rain and ice pellets ,  just plain nasty!

Monday - 5.6 km done on the backyard trail during my lunch break.  It was sunny ,  no wind and a very pleasant temperature.
