Waited until the evening to head out. It was dark so a headlamp was in order and it was very cold -20C something. Did my first small float , aka running snowshoe run logging 4 km on the backyard trail. WFH this weekend so I am planning on 2 4.8 km ss runs but I may have to switch it up to trail shoes if the snow gets too packed down I have very aggressive cleats.
