I was off last week and not running much.
Thursday the last day of August it was 5.6 km on the backyard trail.
Friday September 1, 11.5 km on the beach running from 6 St. in Sauble North down to French Bay and back.
Saturday September 2, 5 km beach run/walk with my 9 year old granddaughter
Sunday September 3, same a Saturday another 5 km beach run/walk with granddaughter.
Tuesday September 5, 4.8 km on the backyard trail ...it was getting hot, Dax only lasted 1.2 K.
