The Weekend and Monday

Saturday I still was feeling Thursdays trail so I logged 5K walk on my meal break. 

Sunday,  felt recovered but just didnt feel like running so I logged another 5K walk.

Monday got me running, 4K@7:30 pace the 0.5K @6:00 pace then a cool down logging a 5K total.
