Summer Running

 Sunny and warm today sure makes for an enjoyable little run logging 4.8 km on the backyard trail. 

Trail again!

4.8 km on the backyard trail before lunch today.  The weather is starting to warm up it was really nice today.  

Weekend off, well not really!

 Friday was just one of those busy days when there was just no time to run.  Saturday and Sunday I was at Patricks helping him replace his roof.  Monday I was watching over a dog with a cone recovering from being nutered.  Managed to sneak one in today logging 4.8 km on the backyard trail ...I needed that!

 Busy day but 5K was OK at lunch.

 5km around APK on my meal break today.  Belly was full of Pizza so there was a wee bit of indigestion towards the end... no big deal.   

Weekend and Monday

 Saturday was a 2 run day.   First was 6 laps / 5.6 km on the backyard trail with Dax.   The second was the old McCormick loop that use to be my go to road run.  Logged the 10.2 km in just a little over and hour.  Lots of great hills and more like a trail run then a road run.  Will be more of this router going into Summer. 

 Its Monday and I am back in Allan Park this week.  Logged a 5 km run on the pavement just before noon today.
