Two Run Friday

 4K on the backyard trail ,  Dax along for the run.   

RUN

 5K @ 6:00 pace on the work treadmill today.  It seemed hot! 

Walk

 3K walk today ... ran enough last week.  

1st Run

 1st run since Endur and first run in my Stenson ATR 7s logging 5k @ 6:00 pace on my meal break today.  

Again!

 3.3K walk at lunch today.

Lunch Walk

 Was going to run but after 160km last week I figured a walk would be nice.    I am breaking in some new shows the Stenson ATR 7,   heel is allot different we will see how that plays out.
