Lunch run
Working days , picked up the pace a little at lunch. 6K done, 0.5K warm up, 5K at a 4:30 pace then a 0.5K cool down. After running 5 min at a 4:30 pace I did 300m at a 6:00 pace ... it felt like I was walking. From now on at work I will do a 4:30 pace ... unless I am going longer then 21.1 K. At home on Mr. Bouncy it will be slower.... cant wait for warmer weather!

Doesn't the Horizon CT5.1 advertise a 'Variable Cushioning System?' I think if you peek in the owner's manual, you may be able to address bounciness.
