Outrace Spring Warm Up - Saturday April 13, 2019

Logged 36Ks at the Spring Warm Up on Saturday.   Goal was to run hard on the long downhills in order to " trash the quads " ahead of PYP in 2 weeks.   Tried really hard to do that but its 48 hour out and only a little DOMS!!!!!   I even ran km 35 at a 4:30 pace to boot!     Took Sunday off as a rest day.
