10.5K at a mostly 5:15 pace this morning. A song came on that reminded me of running the Hamilton Marathon a couple of years ago. 16K in I was running with the 3:30 bunny , the Verve tune came on I was feeling great like I could hold that pace forever ...it gave me the shivers!
