Ok , woke up this morning with the rash! I get this sort of thing 36 hours after I am sick with a fever or when my core temperature has been escalated for a long period of time. Head was cold without a hat , core was steaming hot I overwhelmed the wicking ability of my 2 layers of compression thermal clothing! Can you say oops.
On the other hand 2-3 hours LSDs seem to be an OK idea when its sun zero.
Someday I will learn!!!!!!
I like this, if I didn't need money I wouldn't work I would run more , spend more time with my family and help others.
