Last Run of May 2012
Its a safe bet to say I have ran all my Ks that I am going to in April 2012... Baseball in Shallow lake tonight!
Logged 5K again at lunch now its time to GET OFF the treadmill.

Yesterday
Forgot to log yesterdays lunch run , same as Mon/Tues ... did a 5K run at an easy 6:00 pace. Off for three days this weekend looking forward to taking it outside and getting together with Anne and Grant Sunday for a Bruce Trail Run.

Tired but I did it
Feels more like a night shift this week... haven't been sleeping well which is kind of weired for me. Regardless I logged another 5K lunch run today at a blistering 6:00 pace.

Lunch Run
5K at a 6:00 pace at lunch. had a bit of left knee pain yesterday and through the night. Woke up and it was gone ... weird! Today's lunch run was 100% A OK so I am good to go again!
