. Running is really quite simple for me , to run long I have to run long and to run fast I have to run fast and to run long and fast I have to run long and fast and to run really long I have to learn to run slow and eat like a horse

4.8 km on the backyard trail on my lunch break today. Felt tired , no pop in the legs...even the dog was dragging his but.
WFH 8 to 8 today it sure was nice to get out for another 5 laps with Dax on the backyard trail. Just around 0 , not slushy just a wee bit muddy much better running conditions.
4.8 very slushy Ks on the backyard trail with Dax on my meal break ... working 8 to 8 today.
5 km on the treadmill at work on Friday. This could potentially be my last treadmill run in awhile I am back working from home again.
Mid 4 and 5 were both 5 k's on the treadmill on my meal break.
Mid 5 , worked from home and didn't take a break
Mid 6, was back in APK but I just plain forgot to go and then I was out of time!
Tuesday Dec 21 - 6 laps of the backyard trail good for 5.6 km. It was 0C, Sunny, no wind and just a skiff of snow on the ground...very pleasant.
Wednesday Dec 22 - Another skipped run but I was bombing Sunrise/Cruiser at Blue all morning so I was still getting some good fitness in.
5 km on my ,meal break this morning my first run in 7 days after a Ski trip to Whistler last week.
2nd and last run of the week today logging 5 km on the treadmill on my meal break. I will be skiing this week and will not be running during that time.
Saturday was a reset day , Sunday was 5 laps on the backyard trail ... 4.8 km. Didn't run today doing just a lift at lunch.
