A couple of good ones!

 Not up to much this week working nights from home.   I made another 2 trips to APK Wed and Fri and  both days logged a 10 km run on the treadmill.  Next week there will be no running doing 5 days of skiing a very good substitute.

Monday Feb 21 - APK drop in

 I was passing by work Monday evening and stopped in for a 5 km run on the treadmill, 

Thursday Friday - Back in APK

  I am back in APK for the last two eves this week.  Both nights I hit the gym doing my go to 5K run.

Tuesday SS

     Worked allot over the weekend and was dead beat tired Sunday and Monday so I took a couple of rest days.    Today I did 2.4 km large float snowshoe once again stomping down the backyard trail.  

Saturday

 5km on the treadmill at work.  Was in for 6 hours OT and hit the Gym when I was done.

  I am a little tired after skiing today it would have been easy to skip my run this eve but I did my 5k and it feels great!

Back in the Gym

 Working Eves in Allan Park this week.  The Gym is open again so it was a 5 km run and a  mostly 6:00 pace this evening on my meal break.

Weigh in - 182 lbs ... heaviest I have been in a very long time about 5 lbs over where I was at this time last year.

Wednesday Feb 2 -   There was a new heavy sort of wet snow fall so it was the big float snowshoes logging  4.8 km stomp. 

Thursday Feb 3 - Fresh POW made for 6 hours at Blue,  no run! 

Friday Feb 4 - Rest day ,  I was tired. 

Saturday Feb 5-  Back in the running snowshoes logging a 4.8 km run. 

Sunday Feb 6 - Back to trail shoes and yaks logging a 4.8 km run.

Tuesday Trail

 Didn't run Sunday then skied yesterday.  Today its warmer ,  just below freezing ,  and sunny so I hit the backyard trail wearing trail shoes and logged 4.8 km.   Dax was with me today his first run in a week.   The trail was really tough ,  compression plus slip and slide made for a very effective training run.
