First snowshoe of the new season a little 4Ker on the backyard trail. Couldn't get much better snow conditions , a packed base and the ground starting to freeze with some fluffy stuff up top and temps pushing into the minus double digits. Wore a wool base layer up top with a tech T and Shell and I was OK , actually surprisingly comfortable. I have to experiment around more with the wool layer.
