In the morning we did the Lions Head Loop logging 18.3 km in 3hrs49min , man that is one tough technical run, forgot just how tough it is.

In the afternoon we headed to the South side of Barrow Bay doing a little Rush Cove loop good for another 7.4 km.

After we grabbed a bite in Lions Head the I went home and stacked 5 cord of fire wood. All and all a great day!
