Mid , 3,4,5 and 6

Still on nights ,  6 done 1 to go! 

Mid 3 and 4 were both 5 km runs @ 6:00 pace

Mid 5 ...lost interest and didn't run

Mid 6 I logged 10 km @ 6:00 pace.
