Friday - Rest day ... actually no rest just no time to run!
Saturday - 12 laps on the backyard trail logging 10.4 km. I need to build some volume so there has to be many more outings like this plus some long ones! Need to build to a backyard 50 ker some time in June.
Sunday - Another 12 laps followed by a hammock session.
Monday - Back to work at APK, logged 5 km on my meal break lapping the earth station.
