Friday was just one of those busy days when there was just no time to run. Saturday and Sunday I was at Patricks helping him replace his roof. Monday I was watching over a dog with a cone recovering from being nutered. Managed to sneak one in today logging 4.8 km on the backyard trail ...I needed that!
