Logged a 4.8 km backyard trail run with Dax this morning. It was sunny and still with temps just above freezing …rather pleasant. After 1 lap the shell came up it was a long sleeve Tech T and Running Pants.
The weekend was another busy one moving things that were heavy so in spite of not running I still got some good fitness in.
