7:30 pace is super slow. Picked it up to a 7:00 pace ( still slow ) on todays 5K during my lunch break. 6:00 again in the new year I will gradually work up to it again .

Whistler - March 18 - 22 - 5 days logged at Whistler on my last Ski trip of the year. Day one was Bluebird followed by 4 days of powder skiing.
