I was away on a work trip not doing any running. Today I am back in the office and did a 5K @ 7: 30 pace...it was nice !

Whistler - March 18 - 22 - 5 days logged at Whistler on my last Ski trip of the year. Day one was Bluebird followed by 4 days of powder skiing.
