Rounded out the work week with a longer faster lunch run. Logged 10K , first few Ks at a 6:00 pace then a couple at a 5:15 pace followed by 5K at a mostly 5:30 pace. It feels good to run a little faster. Left Ankle is still a bit sore , even a bit swollen... I have no idea what I did to it.

Fresh snow and sun brought allot of folks to the hill today. It was busy
so I didn't get a whole lotta runs in.
