Only one run yesterday logging 5.6 km on the backyard trail.   It was colder
,  2C and Wind so I wasn't motivated to go back out!

Today ,  Friday the worlds turned white ,  its -2C with a wind chill of -8C .  Perhaps this will be a rest day.  But then again maybe not!
