April milestones included the last long treadmill run, Grand Canton fun group run and the Outrace Season opener at Dunedin. I am pleased with the increased volume too. 200+ Ks and lots of 6:00 treadmill stuff is the plan going forward. Aside from the BV loops and events coming up I want to start running the local rail trail at a 6:00 pace in prep for Endur in August.
