5K without major pain , little aches the first K then it was good. Just did a 5:30 pace again , ready for Sunday.
5K run clinic tonight.

Whistler - March 18 - 22 - 5 days logged at Whistler on my last Ski trip of the year. Day one was Bluebird followed by 4 days of powder skiing.
