Hanover Track

Just a little 5Ker this morning with Grant on the Track in Hanover.  He started at 7am and I thought he was going for 5 hours but was only planning a 3 hour run..oops!   I ran enough yesterday so no big deal .... I think I will do a little 5Ker in the heat this afternoon then hit the hammock.    

Just a little Garmin Humor ... honest I was following the track!
