Tuesday - 5 hours at Blue , no run today!
Wednesday - It was a 2 lap stomp , wanted to go further but Dax was having snowball between the toes issue. 2.4 km on the backyard trail in large float SS.
Thursday - Back to APK , 5 laps around the compound on my meal break today!
