10K done , varied the pace between a snails pace 7:30/K to my decade ago every day 5:00/k pace. Didn't really feel like running but I knew I needed to get it done.

Whistler - March 18 - 22 - 5 days logged at Whistler on my last Ski trip of the year. Day one was Bluebird followed by 4 days of powder skiing.
