5K this morning on the treadmill

Started Mids today, at 4:30 am I hit the treadmill for an easy 5K at a 6:00 pace. I was a real Zombie trying to adjust to mids but getting moving really helps tp stay awake. I also find that the fitness also helps to turn the body clock around . As long as its not too busy I plan on some sort of activity for the 7 consecutive nights.
