Did a 5K @ 5:00 pace on the treadmill at 4am this morning. I was going to go longer but I just wasn't up to it. I have been on a real sugar kick and had really over did it prior to the run , I had an incredible thirst as well as a massive hunger for anything substantial that I had to stop and take care of the need.... got to lay off the sugar!!!!!!!
I will try another tour on the runner again tonight.... maybe 10!!!!

oh it is soo hard on nights to lay off the refined products. I find if I try to drink drink all night it is better... except half the night is spent dealing with the bladder.
